Hi, My sbi account debited by 5000 on 28th November 2018 by one 97 communication noida without any purchase etc of transaction. I am not using or purchasing any kinds of things from one97communication. This is totally fraud case. Ticket was not confirmed and money duduct from account, I have mailed 3 times to IRCTC and 5 times called to IRCTC, but still not get my refund yet. My PNR No- [protected] & my ticket I'd is 3771542, please give my refund as soon as possible
