I ordered a mobile vivo v5s [order id:- [protected]] from paytm on 27th sept, 2017. I received the product on 3rd oct, 2017 and when i had a look at the parcel the way it was delivered was not up to the mark, no invoice was provided, also it wasn't covered in any sealed shipping bag as well. Moreover when i opened the outer box-packing of parcel, i noticed that the seal on the mobile box was damaged which means that the phone and accessories inside could have been damaged/ changed/ tempered. For the proof of concept of my words i have also made a complete video while opening of the package as soon as it was received by me pfa. First of all this means that the vendor that are added on the the paytm are without being verification for their background, performance, and quality check. Due to which the customers lime are cheated. Selling sealed open used phone while mentioning the new mobile description on-line is a straight case of fraud and cheating innocent customer on-line and should be punishable in terms of it information technology act 2010, and indian penal act. Further coming to the service part the is the prime criteria of paytm being a middleman or the platform service provider. I had raised a return request (Which is as per the return policy of paytm and seller) for it on 27th sept 2017 and i was assured by the paytm that the the refund will be initiated by 3rd oct 2017, but there is no action as of today 20th oct 2017. Since 3rd oct 2017 we have raised this concern several time on paytm mobile app but there have been no response at all. This act of paytm has spoiled all trust on them. I am highly stressed and feeling being cheated delivering a damaged product by mentioning the fake products details on the site of paytm. This kind of act of paytm has brought mental harshness, wastage of so much of time, efforts, blockage of money of small customers/me as was waiting for product as needed it but due to their pathetic service unable to have one yet and also wasting my time on return communication, money is blocked as well. Still taking it on the lighter side for the last time i request you as per return policy of product purchased by me (Pfa) i really want a replacement of the product on the contrary no refund needed and also need a proper action/compensation for bearing all pain from paytm for not fulfilling all committed customer services. Further the compensation should not be less than the amount (Rs13500) that of the mobile phone. If i do not receive the solution to my complain i will publish the attached video on-line on you facebook, twitter and instagram account. Also the complain will be registered in nearest police station and the consumer court against vendor and paytm both and all other legal proceeding will follow. Was this information helpful? | |||||

V wer trying to book tickets thru our debit card on irctc mobile app.. Bt instead of irctc the payment went to u all.
