One97 Communications — Payment successful from bank side , But paytm is telling payment was failed

I did try to loading rs 3, 069 to my wallet through paytm on 1st February 2022 at 9.15 pm.

As the payment is successful from bank side and they also Provide transaction Id and details.

Paytm is Just telling that they didn't get the payment, Amount has been deducted and it has been succesfully paid to paytm.
