One97 Communications — Personal loan emi deducted twice

Paytm Loan No:-PYTMPLHE[protected] .

I paid my bounced emi as on 8th aug 2022.

But again twice my emi has been deducted from my bank account.

Even i called customer service but no use there is non other options to choose query in useless Paytm app.

[protected]@gmail.com is my register email ID and [protected] is my register Mobile number.

I want my refund back, which i paid in advance for Paytm and herocrop
