One97 Communications — company did not refunded amount and claiming that they transfer the money

I placed an order on 15 september the product arrived damaged and returned it now the company told me that i will get my money within 15 days but i have not get it now i tweet my problem to the company twitter handler still company told me that they transfer the amount but it had been a long time but issue still continues and not getting any response from source
