Hope you are doing well.

I am writing this complaint to you because I made a payment request from my SBI account through PayTM UPI for a PayTM postpaid bill. Due to the network issue the transaction got cancelled.

So, Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I had done my flight ticket from Paytm for SpiceJet ( date 24th apr, pnr E8PGVF, name - SL Meena, Paytm no- [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@gmail.com), but as this flight didn’t take off, I applied for full refund-which company had already initiated to one97 communication (Paytm) . But I hadn’t received any refund till now, also your helpline numbers are not picking up the calls ...Please look into the matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible...
