I have booked a train ticket from TNA to KUDL on 26th DEC 2018 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure ones (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from BANK OF MAHARASHTRA bank account, but still not refunded. Plz look into this matter immediately.
