Dear team, Due to your system in-competencies, i hadn't able to book my tatkal ticket. Also you have deducted the money from my debit card (Hdfc bank). Could you please tell me by when i will get my money refunded. Transaction no : 949148 & 917924 (2*1410.98 inr). This kind of things creating problem for us.
