One97 Communications — Refund problem of money

My self soorya L, I booked a train ticket via IRCTC by paytm on 28/8/2021 and deduct my money of 2425 from my account then I cancelled that ticket on 12/9/2021 . But deducted money that not come to my account. I contact to irctc they tells that they have refund that money on 13/9/2021.they sent money to one97communication limited, but money not come to my account of money deducted. The settlement id is.
