[Resolved]  One97 Communications — regarding my policy (policy no.if000119)

Good Morning..
I Ankit Balodia S/o Late Sh. Babulal Kumawat, resident of Opposite 1158, Balodia ki Kothi, Kisan Marg, Barkat Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan State, facing one major issue which I want urgent solution.

I have done a recharge of Rs. 1200 for a Bill Payment of Airtel on date: 12th May, 2019 at 01:17 PM (Order ID: [protected]) for applying for the "LIFE PROTECT"through PAYTM (PAYTM No. [protected]).

Now after that I received a message(Link) from HDFC Life on my Mobile Number: +91-[protected] from which I got a PDF file from HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited regarding all details of my Policy (Policy No. IF000119., Scheme Member Code: PM[protected].

Then on 17th May, 2019, I received a mail from HDFC Life Support, mentioning all details from the Life in PDF Format.

Now my father has passed away on 01 June, 2019, now after this incident I am facing a lot of trouble from both HDFC Life and also from PAYTM Company, just for a document which has to be signed by PAYTM, Vaishali Nagar Office, Jaipur saying that we are not authorized to sign on this document.Both HDFC and PAYTM has given me different Landline Numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] but there is no fruitful for me as they are not responding any of the numbers.
Even they provided me Web address for nominee connection at : www.hdfclife.com/group-insurance/customer-service, but the site is not working.

Now according to the rule, I should claim for Policy within 30 days or else i will not get any benefit and already 20 days have been passed since.

Its my Humble request to kindly help me anyway claim my policy.
