I have one transaction of the amount 6002 rs. Deducted from my SBI Account on 09.09.2021 from paytm UPI. But the transaction failed and I have already coordinated with Paytm and Cred App. But both are saying that the money has not arrived and they need to coordinate with Our Merchant. I am money back. One97 Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 21, 2021 Updated by parveenrawal I have one transaction of the amount 6002 rs. Deducted from my SBI Account on 09.09.2021 from paytm UPI. But the transaction failed and I have already coordinated with SBI Branch. But SBI is saying that the money is gone TO TRANSFER-INB One97 Communications Limited . With Transaction id IGALYKEFV0 transaction no[protected].So please i say send my money back. | |
