One97 Communications — Rs.5000/- transferred to Paytm Wallet a/c went to ONE 97 a/c | |||
I had transferred Rs.5000/- from my UBI saving a/c to Paytm wallet. But it did not get transferred in it. Instead, due to your faulty Paytm App software, it wrongly got transferred to ONE 97 COMMUNICA / DNOIDA, (Paytm’s parent company). This is revealed in the UBI bank statement. Hence, it requested to please correct the transaction by transferring the amount of Rs.5000/- from ONE 97 COMMUNICA / DNOIDA, (Paytm’s parent company) to -- My Paytm wallet. I am submitting all the details as desired. 1) E-Mail [protected]@gmail.com 2) Mobile [protected] 3) The transaction ID as per the UBI saving account statement Date Description Trans. I am attaching the screen shot of the order no [protected] which shows “PAYMENT FAILED” as it has not been transferred to Paytm wallet but went to ONE 97 communica /DNOIDA/[protected] with Union bank transaction id S38834218.
