One97 Communications — Sir I have done rs2000 6 transactions total rs 12000 through credit card that transactions was failed but money was debited

My name is Goni saikumar I have done 6 transactions of rs2000 to one 97 communications throgh credit card from jan21st to 26th 2022 and I got transactions was failed but bank persons are saying that transactions were successful but I did not get any money pls help with transactions statement or please help me with refund my credit card number is [protected] and my mobile number is [protected] please help fraud was happend from which side please help sir /madam
