One97 Communications — tickets booking

Actually i tried to book a train ticket on 05 th february 2019 at
1:38 a. M. But the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 710) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications. I've received msg from my bank. Please let me know when money will be refunded.

I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited...
