One97 Communications — transaction with the merchant

This is about Postpaid transaction in Paytm Account. While i paid Rs.200 was deducted from my postpaid account to the merchant KUMAR SERVICE STATION, CHAULIAGANJ, CUTTACK. But the denied that the same amount has not been recieved at their end. When I contacted with Paytm, they told me that the transaction has been successful. But till now my problem has not been solved.
