One97 Communications — unauthorized charges debited from bank account

Address:Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

This is to file a complaint that unauthorized charges has been debited from my bank bank account without my consent. Wanted to understand the reason behind such charges being deducted from my account. From my bank statement i understood that an amount of rs.425 has been debited totally at multiple transactions. Request you to take a look at this and revert to me at the earliest.

21/05/2018 i am pay electricity bill through Paytm... But my amount is cut 2 times 660 rupees... But amount is not refund my account... I am communicating to icici bank... But bank say to communicate one 97comm...

So kindly resolve my problem
