One97 Communications — unauthorized deduction from my prepaid balance

Iam an idea customer and everyday rs. 5 is being deducted from my account. I have not downloaded anything from internet but still i m getting message from iz-ideacms mentioning that...
Dear customer, thank you for downloading sports from one97. Rs. 5 is being deducted from your balance.
It has become a daily practice and i have even tried to unsubscribe this service but in vain. Every time i send a stop message to 53111, it gives a message back saying unsubscription failed.
Very annoying. Please help to get this sorted.

On 2 Feb 2020 and 7 Feb 2020 200 rs each i.e total 400 rs were debited from my SBI account.
Please let me know why it was debited and refund back the same
