Dear sir, My self aditya from ghaziabad uttar pradesh. My mobile no. Is [protected]. I booked a online prepaid order no. [protected], rs. 370/- "18cm aquarium heater gaurd protective cover case" on dt. 05/11/2018. I made the online payment rs. 370/- at the time of booking. My mother receive a packet on dt. 19/11/2018. This packet fully packed with company's seal and paste with seller' receipt rs 350/-, and product description print on receipt is "toy" which cost rs. 350/-. Wrong product deliver at my home address on dt. 19/11/2018, which cost is rs. 350/- and this product not belong to me, which i ordered. I talk to paytm mall's Customer care on dt. 19/11/2018 via communication no. 96544497 for deliver my right product and take back your wrong product., and he assured me to deliver my product. After this i write a mail on dt. 20/11/2018 to paytm mall against to this mistake. But i can't receive my heater gaurd cover case. I call to customer care many times but he says that your product return time have barred. So product not replace. Sir today delivered product condition is same as we received. (Seal packed). I don't open this packet. I request you please deliver my right product which i ordered, otherwise refund my amount rs. 370/-. Thanking you! Was this information helpful? | |||||
