[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — 2nd complaint to cancel the membership and refund amount - fraud company

This is a fraud company. The refund team is insisting to share the complete debit card number when i am asking to cancel the membership and refund the amount.

I have sent multiple emails and not seeing any positive response from the team. I don't understand why the team is irritating so much when i am requesting to cancel the membership.

This is not the way they should do the business, customers should accept the membership by willingness and not by force.

Why is the complaint resolved without the resolution?... I already mentioned that this is the 2nd complaint as there was no solution to my 1st complaint even after a week in spite of multiple emails,

Your plan has been cancelled on 10th Jan and the refund must have credited to your respective bank account. Request you to check with your bank.

Please note that OneAssist will never ask for your Card CVV details or OTP for membership cancellation or for processing refund.
