[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — a fraud company deactivate my plan and refund back money | |||
This is clearly a fraud done by one assist, they activate a service of 1399/ through my credit card without my consent and permissioin. I am calling the customer team since last 8 days and asking a simple thing to deactivate it and refund back the amount. They keep on escalating the issue from one person to other and all the time their illiterate team keep on telling about the service, ignoring the fact that i am not at all interested and asking to deactivate.
