Hello last year november upon auto renewal of my plan i asked one assist executive to discontinue my card protection policy however he promised me to stop the auto renewal of the policy but this year also my policy has been renewed without my getting into my notice i have call recording of your executive for last year its completely a fraudlent activity please help.
