[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — auto renewal without my approval | |
For past 3 years I am informing them not to renew my plan.still they do and promise me that next time it won't happen. Today(18/4/18) I got a message that Rs1299 is debited from my HDFC credit card. I already sent a mail regarding not to renewal on 27/2/18 (check attachment) but no use. They debited amount without my approval. Today I call customer care and explained everything, they informed me that call will be transferred to cancellation department and asked me to wait till that. I was waiting in the call for more than 10 minutes and still no answer. Again I called, this time they inform that will connect to escalation department and I was again waiting for around 5 minutes and no reply. what should I do now to retrieve my debited amount?
