Oneassist consumer solutions — membership fee I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0111 without my consent on date:14/03/2018. I am not interested in this service and don't want continue this membership any more. Even i called one-assist and hdfc bank customer-care in feb.2018 for discontinuation of one assist service. It is against the consumer rights to forcibly deduct money from my credit card. So immediately cancel this membership and refund my debited amount of rs.1899/- in my account.
