Cancellation of one assist membership I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6830 without my concern on date:16/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Mobile Policy taken against IMEI [protected] and my policy number is 1279544. Now the stated IMEI went switched off suddenly. I've been sending emails to one assist and trying to call customer care continuously, but there is no response from any one from the insurance company.

An amount of Rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my ICICI savings account without my consent for the above subscription. I have not opted for the subscription.
I called so many times one Assist people for cancellation of above subscription. But they have not cancelled.
