[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation of plan | |||
I called one assist support on monday 11th june 2018 for cancelation of plan. They took my request and told me that i will get a confirmation call in 48 hours. Then i got call on 13th june 2018 and when i gave my confirmation they told me i will again get a confirmation call. This final confirmation call i am never getting. I called several times but they are not taking action. I downloaded the app and asked for assistance they are asking me to wait only. Now i am not ready to wait. I am highly dissatisfied with your service. I want to book complaint. I want to even go to police to book complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
