[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — cancellation request of my plan. and refund my money. | |||
I wanted a protection plan for my phone so the sales executive called me 16 times in one day requesting to register the plan. He also promised that he will register my plan as soon as i make the payment. Once i made the payment he did not fulfil any promises he made. So i called the customer care and they said they will do it within 48 and nothing happens. i made a cancellation request on 8th august 2017. And till the date of 13th august i am not getting any amount. When everytime i make a call you are conviencing me that i will get the amount in 48hrs. And till now i dont get any amount from you. I have paid an amount of1279/- on 7th august 2017. Is this the way to provide your service?? This is totally nonsence. I want my money back within 2-3 days and if you cant give with in that time i am gonna make a complaint on consumer court againest you. Was this information helpful? | |||
