OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Charged even after my cancellation

Oneassist call me and I didn't know about it I thought its a fraud call I didn't face any situation where without giving any information or otp they can charge from my account

There why I said yes to there call

Letter on I came to know thats a real company

I called them and asked not to change as I don't want any service

They said yes

But even then when I added money to my account after 10 days of deactivation they charged from my account

Fraud company in india

Now they are not picking up my call

Even after waiting for 15 minutes
