Oneassist relationship number : 841072 I see that you have taken rs. 1399 on 31 march 2020 from my hdfc credit card no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx xx09 I was not informed of this charge before you debited my account. You need to refund my money. I have not given my consent to directly debit my account. I wish to cancel my membership of oneassist with immediate effect. Please cancel my membership, please do not take any of my money and please confirm the cancellation by email.
