I received a message that my membership was going to expire but would be auto renewed. I called customer care and asked to cancel my membership. I was told that cancellation team would call me within 48 hours. Today afternoon 21 september 2017 i received call from the cancellation team. Repeatedly the person tried to get me to renew. I repeated again and again please cancel my membership and ensure the fee is not deducted. Finally they confirmed that my membership has been cancelled. Evening i receive a sms message saying my account has been upgraded! I called back to customer care, they again could not do anything useful, only said that cancellation team will call me within 48 hours. This is cheating! They have taken membership and fee against my wish. If they do not cancel membership and refund fee as soon as possible, i will take this matter further.
