Ear sir My self sukhwinder singh. I have purchased mi red mi note 3 handset from mi website on 17 sep 2016 invoice no st reg no.: aaaci0886ksd002 invoice attached for your reference... Invoice no-[protected] at same time i also purchased oneassist liquid and phygical damaged mi protection. Invoice attaced On 29 aug 2016 i faced problem in my set like voice problem and calling black sensor problem.. I visit to xiomi service centre `bm gadget services pvt ltd 209, adinath shoping center, near pride multiplex, satara road pune`, maharashtra 411040... Where they refuge to repair under warranty and caused given liquid damage sensor litmus paper color is changed... Service record is attached for your refenrece Then i call to xiomi customer care same time they advice me to call one assist insurance company as i got mi protection at the time of purchased this phone for repairing my handset.. On same day i call to oneassist insurance company and request for repairing my handset.. And submit all relevent documents... After 2 week they pick up my phone on 14 sep 2017.. Reciept is attached with this mail... On 23rd sep i recieved mail from oneassit where they inform me my claim is rejected and 24 sep 2017 again i mail to oneassist and request to reconsider my case but they denied and delivered my un repaired handset on 29 sep 2017. Both email attached for your reference... Cause they given is `the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property) This problem is occur due to wetting in the rain when i was coming back from my office to home by bike and suddenly rain is started and my cloth get wet and i little bit moisture gone in mobile.. It was sudden incidence in spite of my appeal they refuge to repair my handset... Dear sir i am really upset by service, in spite handset under warranty xiomi service centre denied to repaire and in spite of insurance for liquid damage company denied for repairing my handset... I dont know what is the meaning of lnsurance for liqued and physical damage.. I request to your honor kindly intervene and ask company to repaire my handset either by xiomi service centre or from insurance company...
