Hi My name is cajetan jerome dsouza. Mobile number [protected] I have taken the policy for my home appliances of rs.2 lakh premium They are not repairing my oled tv on my policy. Since 15th sep 2019. I have been following them till today. They have also not mentioning anything on mail. Only asking me to wait for 48 hrs in every trail mails they have send till now and i have 22 times mails correspondence with them in past 22 days now. They sale their policy after getting the inspection done and now they are not getting my tv repair and noteven informing me properly. How their policy works on my premium of rs.2 lakh which was just for my tv only. Rest all goods which is cover is hardly for rs.20, 000/- max Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
