I am a exiciting coustomer in one assist mobile insurance company

I have succesfully submit my mobile on 4 nov 2016 for repair
After some time i got a mail there mention that they reject my case
Cause cooling period
But today 17 march 2017 they did not send my damege to my address
I have done many call and mail to one assist company
But did not work
When iam frustrated then call national consumer helpline
And rise a complaine
