[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Deactivate / cancel & refund the amount

Dear Team,

I am a HDFC credit card holder, The bank has auto debited Rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with XXXXXXXX7611 with out my authorization on date 07/03/17 and I dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

Relation ship number for one assit is 1797881

I urge OneAssist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT! If not, I'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

I am kundan bora, I have no call from hdfc bank and no information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted Rs.1299/- from my saving a/c .I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
