Hello there I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I did not got any mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company. I have called them many time but no direct response. Your plan has been cancelled on 04th February, 2020 and the refund must have credited to your respective bank account. Request you to check with your bank.
