[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivation of one assist plan

Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission and i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I am continuously calling but they not cancelling the servicing.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I got a call from one of your executive neither he cancelled the Service nor he provided any help to me he kept talking one hour but didn't agree to cancelled the service even after i not interested still this service is being imposed on me, Please this is very humble request to all Cancelled this service and refund my amount as soon as possible .
