[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivation of oneassist plan of icici bank

I received call from icici bank on 16/09/2019 and they just given information about one assist plan after that they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

Make sure to deactivate this plan as earlier as possible. Thanks

I contacted the local icici branch and given a deactivation requisition letter to the branch manager.Immediately he filed for deactivation and received a text message from the bank as deactivation filed successfully. They assured that within 6 days refund will be made.The Service provided by the local ICICI Branch is very effective and was superb. I WAS completely satisfied with the Service provided by ICICI Bank Branch at SIVAKASI. ...Thanking You
