[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — denied to repair mobile under insurance claim | |||||
I have purchased lenovo tab (Imei no. [protected]) from flipkart /online on dated[protected]. My father had used it without any complaint till 23.08.2018 from the day we got it from flipkart. Since the purchase of this tab., i had insured this tab by one assist, on time. So, i had raised accidental claim of this product on 23.08.2018. Thereafter, it has been repaired by lenovo authorised service center/strength services p. Ltd., delhi-110092. As per invoice no. B2c/5115/18-19 dated 10/10/2018 as informed by one assist. I received it back against claim service request no. 3480594 on dated 15/10/2018. But, very next day, we had informed to one assist that issue raised by us w. R. T. Tab is still unresolved after making necessary payment of rs. 302 as required by oneassist. Issue raised in the claim is that "whenever we click any photo by camera of this tab, we get mirror image of the same" from the day of incident. But, issue still persists post repair from your authorized service centre. So, kindly help us to resolve the issue via any authorized service centre at ahmedabad through one assist.
