Hi,

I have applied for the insurance of my mobile. U submitted my device on 4th of july they said it will be repaired andbback to me within 30 days. But afterwards i got an mail that my device is totally broken and it's under ber (Beyond economical repair) i contacted them they said me that i get the refund of that device i:e 8000. But then they said me that i get the estimated amount of 7600 only. I submitted my cancel cheque and the invoice copy on 19th july i contacted them of 22 but still they are saying that they didn't received any courier. But when i confirmed from dtdc courier it's showing that successfully delivered. I don't know when they will get the courier and when they will refund the money.
It's totally harassment to the customers.

I got an message today that my claim process has been completed. Deepika Can I know where is my claim amount. I haven't received my amount and I got an mail from your [protected]@oneassists.com that "your claim has been completed. Is this kind of service your company is providing??

Hello,

I have Submited my documents on 22nd July. Still I haven't received my amount in my account. And again and again I'm getting an mail that "We have completed your claim ( Claim SR # 2127198) with us to repair/replace your handset. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. " Please tell me when I'll get my amount.
