OneAssist Consumer Solutions — fraud and malpractice by one assist using my name is mi protect | |||
I had problem of display .so i showed on 9th july to mi customer care.they said it was due to liquid damage.i called to one assist.they were asking when it happened .i told i dont know .they insisted me on exact date and time to proceed.i said than write 5h and 5 pm.they said its because of more than 48 hr we reject.actually my phone is working .there is minute display issue and i dont know how it may have occurred .so i first show to mi cust care.if i knew exactly i would have called to one assist.but they dont want to give claim to anyone.its fraud company.they dont give u soft or hard copy of insurance thats against irda rules.i am going to file complain to irda and consumer court not only to my claim only but to try to terminate their licence to malpractice.they have clearly mentioned in policy that 48 hr of discovering damage.that means its when damage discovered by mi.my registered no is [protected].and my name is umesh vaishnav.i am going to write to pmo and mi higher authority to discontinue with such fraud company.actually i am more angry with mi .that they are giving plateform to such fraud company.
