I have registered a claim in the month of april 2017, after lots of fallow up also i executives are not responding to me. While i posted my complaints in this forum they called me & assured me that my complaint will be resolved soon. They arranged for pick up of my mobile, took 1 week & rejected my claim giving reason of mishandling.
I wrote a mail to them for explanation of mishandling & as expected no answer.
These peoples are made a mistake in imei number in documents during purchase of insurance. Pick up of my mobile is an eye wash to me.

This case is completely went one way & my claim has been rejected due to a mistake committed by one of your executive during purchase of my Insurance.
for me one assist is a fraud company & cheating customers.
