I took mobile insurance from oneassist for my mobile samsung galaxy s8. When my mobile's screen broke they did all the verification and told me that service centre would quote repair fee of which 10% i would have to pay and rest they would wear and then scheduled a pick up for it. Meanwhile, i talked to them a lot of time to get ensured that mobile would be repaired from the authorized service centre and they assured me for the same (I have lots of chat screenshots and recording as proof). After getting my phone back, it started showing some issues. I asked them for an invoice which they denied to provide. Then, i visited one of the authorised service centres and got to know that my phone was not repaired at the centre. It was there just for a software update. They also told me that my phone's glass has been changed only from any local market and which is stick with the glue.
