[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — how frustrating is it to go for a claim (oneassist) | |||
Having the worst experience with OneAssist This is regarding My redmi Note 3 device, A background on the issue, this device has been gifted to me(Amit) by one of the friend(Raj) of mine, first year when i have to claim for the device they asked me for an email from Raj id that yes this device is gifted from him to me. everything went smooth and got the device repaired successfully so i renewed my Plan for the next year and so This year when i had some issue with my phone raised a claim for the same. Received response from OneAssist that need the email that he gifted you the mobile, told them this is already in your database, they said no we want the new email from Raj, so asked him to send the same again, he sent it Two days later relieved response from OneAssist that please explain why the shipping address is different than the purchase address, and what’s the relation on the person where we took the delivery with raj (imagine how important this question is with regards to claim), asked raj can you please send the email again, feeling so awkward while asking for this, however he sent it Next day received the response from OneAssist and guess what they wanted to know now what is my relation with Raj, Sorry but can’t ask him for that, you guys might have lost your not me First not able to understand when i have purchased Claim, and he told you that yes he is concern person for the device, why you want everything from his Email ID Second, don't think they even know what all information they need (Feel like went to Govt office for the claim) finally do you guys understand how embarrassing is this for me to go back to him to ask him send emails explaining this and that please let me know, if there is anything you guys can do regarding the same Name :- Amit Kumar Mobile No. :- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
