[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — i don't want any subscription and want the money refund | |
Hi, My mom has received a call from one assist, and without clear intimation on the product, her approval has been taken and money has been debited. She does not want any subscription and wants the money to be refund. This is the second year an amount of 1899 has been deducted, we already spoke to one assist customer care when this happened last year and no action as taken.
