Why customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c. Still I have not received amount and no positive response from ICICI bank. so finely i am close my account in next month.
