I had taken one year extended warrenty of water purifier through amazon but today i. E on 30th oct 18 arround 17.51 a lady called me regarding this i just said i m in trining called me after 7pm without any reply from back end i heared laughfing sound which is totally embrassing me and i felt insulted the way she behaved infact my concentration turned and i felt was i said something wrong to lady or i used words which is un ethical. Infact i also belongs to some reputed organisation and i also know how to talk with customers infact this was rediculous for the immage of the organisation. So kindly looked into the matter seriously. I[censored] have recording facility then immedietly act upon ot for the sake o[censored]r organisation other wise the messege implies negetive impression about ur organisation.
