[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Insurance claim of apple iphone 7 | |||||
I purchased the online insurance from https://www.oneassist.in/ company for my iphone 7 32gb black on 18th april 2017. 2. Last month, my phone got damaged accidentally. While claiming the device, company saying that this was not the same device. 3. The purchasing date of this phone is nov'2017. After few days of the purchase as the device was not working, i went to apple service center and they changed the device, so the imei no of the phone got changed. But i was not aware that the imei no. Had changed. While taking online insurance i uploaded all the documents and replacement letter. All the documents contained the old imei no. 4. At the time of claim, https://www.oneassist.in/ said that this was not the same device registered for insurance. But it the same device. They asked proof for the new imei no., then i contacted apple service center and asked the same and uploaded the proof on their site and still they are refusing the claim. This is to inform all my friend and relatives that pls don trust or buy any mobile insurance from Oneassist Mobile insurance company because they don have much information on their own products and their representative will make mistake as they did in my case and for such mistake no one will help you. i Vimal Nambiar bought my mobile insurance for Damge Protection on 13 jan 2017 from OneAssist company with Membership Id [protected] and Relationship No. 1630273 and took the insurance valid from 13 jan 2017 to 12 Jan 2018 as you can see in the below image and after 15 min i get a call from Mr Saji Nair who works for OneAssist to take another insurance of my any friend/relative so that i can avail 15% discount on the another insurance premium to be paid so i called up my brother Vijilesh VG and took his phones insurance also with them u can also see his membership in the att image his Membership Id is [protected] and here they made a mistake that relationship no was same i.e 1630273. provide all the documents different invoice and different premium also paid on different time. Now on 2 june 2017 my 1+ 3T mobile fall from my hand and the LCD broke so i made a claim at that time i come to know that in the system of OneAssist my plan is activated but at the name of My elder brother Vijilesh VG then the game started they asked for the gift mail and all related documents which i have provide but at last i come to know that they are 3rd party who take ins from Nation Ins Company and that company has rejected my case and so they have cancelled my plan saying that i have taken 2 policies with the same name but you can see i have both diff name on my membership card by saying this they ejected the claim. so guys beware of this type of mistake and by this type of fraud company who is interested only to collect only premium and not in solution to the customers. In India many people like me are been cheated but no one raised a voice because they think raising a voice wont make a difference but i want to show the OneAssist it really make a difference.
