[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — insurance for apple iphone 8

We bought insurance for IPhone 8 covering Liquid damage, accidental damage & Theft.
1)While selling they say one call away but now when it is time to provide service they ask for all irrelevant documents which r already produced & submitted during purchase. It took us 7 to 9 days to do the required procedure.
2) after submission they took our phone & gave us replacement as promised, but after 2 days they say the insurance cannot b claimed as Bill is in the name of company & user is not related to the company whereas the user is wife of proprietor of the company.
3) when I purchased these product from Apptronix they were given the same document still the problem continues & IMEI on both bill & insurance remains same. So the insurance is for product or user based. Basically they r not providing the service for wat v paid them 8k+ & making fool out o[censored]s. Their executive on call centre speak wastes lot of time & r of no help at all
These company should b considered as fraud.

In this case, we would request you to get the mobile repaired from the Authorized Service Center and provide us with the Job sheet.
