I am neha gupta my phone got dead on 5 aug18 my complaint number is3424934. I called to oneassist on 6 aug and they are not able to say clearly that, what exactly docs and mail i should upload. After claiming every 2nd day i am getting call from oneassist that your docs are not clear pendency is still over there. How can docs. Were still pending when i uploaded with instructions of one of the oneassist employee. I think they are not in mood to give a claim for my handset.
