My mobile handset (I phone 6s 64gb) got damaged accidentally about 60 days back.. I have called them several times and requested for update but either they are ignoring or just not taking any action against repeated complaint i had made. As per policy phone should returned by company. They didn't provided any solution. Mumbai office of one assist is saying that they provide update on my phone with in a week but that week is not coming. Firstly, they are not furnishing correct information, secondly, are not taking action even after series of complaints and request. I am fed up now. I got my phone insured to avoid any future headache. But what ever am going through these days is quite pathetic for me. I have been polite since so many months i don't know why indian government allowing you people to do business in india. Your business licence must be canceled if you are not able to make even 20% people happy by your service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
