I recently got my device damaged on 15 september and after confirming from apple's service center that it was liquid damage my father called for liquid damage claim in one assist. I only asked my father to talk to the company because i thought he could handle these people better. As me and my father live in different towns he was unaware about how my cell phone got liquid damage.
While talking to one of the company's person he made that clear that he is not so sure about how and when it got damaged. But the person on the line was reluctant, over smart and manipulative enough to put the date of 8 september on my claim whereas my father kept telling her that "he dont know".
After putting the date as 8 september she told my father about their 48 hours rule.
My father tried to make her understand again and then eventually we filed for the claim on 16th i. E. Within 48 hours.
But we got rejected for not filing it under 48 hours.
What kind of fraudalent company is this?
Cheating people is never going to be okay.
I want my claim to be approved.
